Middle Eastern Dance / Belly Dance

It is a form of art...

A channel for inner expressions, and a means to physical well being...

It's fun... It's unique...

It's a way of expressing yourself through music...

Belly dancing teaches you an attitude: a new way to open yourself. It is a source of courage and inspiration that provides an opportunity to discover oneself.

Belly dancing is an art and as such it entails three factors: theory, practice and the heart, without which no art form ever comes to life. As for the practice of belly dancing, it is shaped by each woman's personality, her intuition and creativity. Amid the jungle of confusing women's images, belly dancing can help women in the search for their own identity, as women and as human beings.
